01Do you offer customization and OEM / ODM services?
Yes. Yanmu Xi supports customization from drawings or samples, including colour, dimensions, surface process, cutting and branded packaging.
02What slab sizes and thicknesses are available?
The current supply program covers formats from 750 × 1500 mm to 1800 × 3200 mm, with 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 and 20 mm thickness options. Availability is confirmed by colour and order.
03Can packaging be customized?
Yes. Neutral or custom-logo packaging can be coordinated together with palletizing, slab protection and container loading requirements.
04Can you provide certificates and product files?
ISO, CE, RoHS and other available documents can be provided on request. The applicable product, test scope and destination-market requirement should be confirmed before ordering.
05How can I get a quotation?
Send the preferred colour or reference, slab size, thickness, finish, processing drawings, quantity and destination. The team will confirm options and prepare a focused quotation.
06Which trade terms do you support?
EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP and other Incoterms can be discussed according to the destination and shipment plan.
